This is from my own experience, I have a site that Google banned (in terms of Adsense display) because of inappropriate content. All the contents are actually funny videos that are embedded from Youtube. Though some videos may have NSFW content, these do not even have that Age Restriction, and my sources are actually established channels in Youtube. I think they may even have premium status in Youtube. But still, Google banned my site.
